Discontinuation of the e24 prepaid solution “eAccount” as of June 30, 2021

The virtual prepaid solution will not be continued

With the merger of ePark24 and EasyPark App, our prepaid solution will be discontinued as of June 30, 2021. After this date, the credits can no longer be used.

This is how you prepare yourself:

  • Balance query via SMS: Send epay saldo to 9009 (CHF 0.20 per SMS).
    You don’t have a balance on your eAccount but would like to continue to make mobile payments?
    Conveniently download the easypark app and register your prepaid account, https://easypark.ch/signin/de.
  • You have credit* on your eAccount.
    You need to use up your credit by the end of June 2021 at the latest or have the remaining credit transferred to your bank or postal account: To do so, send us the refund request together with a valid copy of your ID (front and back) to e24 AG, Nordstrasse 15, 8006 Zurich, by the end of June 2021 at the latest. Amounts less than CHF 10 will not be refunded. After the refund period has expired, all account balances will be transferred to Swiss Mountain Aid for a specific purpose. https://www.berghilfe.ch/
