We take the protection of personal data and the observance of the applicable data protection laws very seriously. The data collection, processing and use is limited to the purpose of handling your inquiry or transaction or to carry out the purpose of the contract. Personal information will not be disclosed, transferred, sold or otherwise marketed to any 3rd party company or institution unless your express prior consent has been obtained or the fulfillment of contractual obligations between us and you makes the transfer mandatory.
If the possibility to enter personal data (e-mail address, first and last name, address, date of birth, telephone number) in the e24 App exists, the disclosure of this data on your part is on an expressly voluntary basis. This data may be transferred to Wallet-deposited cards from our group companies in order to allow the use of the functions of the corresponding cards. If the storage of the data is not necessary for the fulfillment of the contractual obligations, but rather serves internal, system-related or statistical purposes, it will be handled anonymously.
The IP address and other data (such as browser type, number and names of the retrieved files) that you leave with us when using an e24 App and when you submit the contact form can be personal information. We use this data only in anonymous form.
